Does my SodaStream GAIA™ Sparkling Water Maker come with a warranty?

Sparkling Water Maker comes with at least a two-year limited warranty, valid from the purchase date. Register your Sparkling Water Maker and receive an extra warranty period!

Are existing products (bottles, cylinders) compatible with the new SodaStream GAIA™ Sparkling Water Maker?

SodaStream GAIA™ Sparkling Water Maker comes with a dishwasher-safe carbonating bottle but can be used with our BPA-free 1L slim carbonating bottles, our BPA-free 0.5L carbonating bottle, and our BPA-free classic 1L carbonating bottle.

Sparkle Note: The amount of water the bottle can hold for carbonation is less than the full bottle volume. Please see your user guide for more information.

You can only use the SodaStream Quick Connect Cylinder withSodaStream GAIA™ Sparkling Water Maker. The screw-system cylinders are not compatible with SodaStream GAIA™ Sparkling Water Maker.

You can exchange your existing cylinder for the new Quick Connect Cylinder at a retail location that carries the new Quick Connect Cylinder or on our website.

We accept returns or exchanges on unopened product purchased within 30 days on SodaStream.nl for the actual purchase price. Cylinders and accessories must be returned unused and in its unbroken original packaging. Sparkling Water Makers do not need to be returned unused.
