Once you order your exchange at SodaStream.nl, our Gas Refill program includes 3
easy steps to get you back to bubbling.
For ordering more than €25 or 2+ exchange cylinders , the
shipping is on us! Don’t wait too long to send back your used cylinders.
Sparkle Note: Please
remember to return an empty cylinder for each refill cylinder you have
ordered to receive back the deposit.

receipt as proof of return.

When ordering cylinders through our online exchange service
we recommend exchanging 2 or more cylinders, so you can save in shipping fees.
If you only have one cylinder to exchange, we suggest checking our store
locator so you can easily exchange your cylinders at the nearest retail
location.
Pro-tip: SodaStream recommends
keeping a spare carbonating cylinder handy so that when one cylinder runs out,
you simply swap the empty cylinder for a full one. That way, you'll keep
enjoying fresh, fizzy drinks without interruption. Click here
to purchase a spare cylinder.
The box in which you received your refill order has an
attached prepaid shipping label. When you're ready to return your cylinders,
use the same box from your refill order to send back the empties and drop it
off a DHL point.
Sparkle Note: If you lost the box from
your original order with full cylinders, you can use any box to return your
empty cylinders in. Have you lost your shipping label or is it no longer valid?
