Are existing products (bottles, cylinders) compatible with the new SodaStream ART™ Sparkling Water Maker?

SodaStream ART™ Sparkling Water Maker comes with a dishwasher-safe carbonating bottle [MG1] but can be used with our BPA-free 1L slim carbonating bottles, our BPA-free 0.5L carbonating bottle, and our BPA-free classic 1L carbonating bottle.

Sparkle Note: The amount of water the bottle can hold for carbonation is less than the full bottle volume. Please see your user guide for more information. You can only use the SodaStream Quick Connect Cylinder with the ART Sparkling Water Maker. The screw-system cylinders are not compatible with the SodaStream ART™ Sparkling Water Maker.

You can exchange your existing cylinder for the new Quick Connect Cylinder at a retail location which carries the new Quick Connect Cylinder or on our website.
