We'll deliver you full cylinders with a return box and free mail return label. The return shipment is on us!

Replace the empty cylinder in your sparkling water maker and enjoy fresh bubbly drinks at home. Don't forget to return the empty cylinders within 60 days.

Pack the empty cylinders with the caps in the reusable box. Securely close the locking tabs and tape the box shut.

Attach the free return label to the reusable box. Don’t have your label? You can download it from My Account.

Schedule your return

Does my Sodastream E-TERRA® Sparkling Water Maker come with a warranty?
Sure does! Your Sodastream E-TERRA® Sparkling Water Maker comes with at least a two-year limited warranty, valid from the purchase date. Register your Sparkling Water Maker and receive an extra warranty period!
Are existing products (bottles, cylinders) compatible with the new Sodastream E-TERRA® Sparkling Water Maker?

Sodastream E-TERRA® is compatible with the 1L BPA Free carbonating bottle (0.84L fill line), and the 0.5L BPA Free carbonating bottle (0.45L fill line).

Sparkle Note: The amount of water the bottle can hold for carbonation is less than the full bottle volume. Please see your user guide for more information.

You can only use the SodaStream Quick Connect Cylinder with Sodastream E-TERRA® Sparkling Water Maker. The screw-system cylinders are not compatible with Sodastream E-TERRA® Sparkling Water Maker.

You can exchange your existing cylinder for the new Quick Connect Cylinder at a retail location that carries the new Quick Connect Cylinder or on our website.
