The green machine

Ingredients:

• 30ml SodaStream BIO Crisp Apple
• 30ml pastis (or 20ml if using absinthe)
• SodaStream sparkling water
• 15ml lemon juice
• Garnish: Cucumber string

Preparation:

Put the cucumber string into the glass and fill it with ice. Pour the pastis and syrup into the glass and fill it to the brim with sparkling water.

Tip:

Use a good peeler for your cucumber strings. The ice will help hold the cucumber in place while you pour the drink.
