Currant affair

Ingredients:

• 30ml de SodaStream BIO Blackcurrant Soda mix
• SodaStream sparkling water
• 45ml gin
• 15ml lime juice
• 3 leaves of mint
• Sprig of mint as a garnish

Preparation:

• Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
• Cover the shaker and shake it for 10 seconds.
• Pour the mixture into the glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.

Mocktail:

Replace the gin with your favorite juice

Tip

Add egg white before shaking. This gives your cocktail a rich, creamy texture and a nice foam layer.
