What is an online gas exchange and how does it work?

Carbonating cylinders create the bubbles. After some time, the carbonating cylinder runs out of gas. We offer an onlineexchange in which you get a full carbonating cylinder in exchange for your empty one. Check out the guide below to begin!

Once you order your exchange at SodaStream.nl, our Gas Refill program includes 3 easy steps to get you back to bubbling.

1. Submit your order online and we'll send you full gas cylinders to your home. Your cylinders will arrive in a box with a prepaid shipping label attached. Make sure to remove the label from the box and record the tracking number on the label for your records.
2. Place your empty cylinders in the same box in which you received your full cylinders and affix the label to the box.
3. Drop the package in a DHL point.

For ordering more than €25 or 2+ exchange cylinders , the shipping is on us! Don’t wait too long to send back your used cylinders.

Sparkle Note: Please remember to return an empty cylinder for each refill cylinder you have ordered to receive back the deposit.
