What is the deposit extra charge in my SodaStream exchange order?

With our online exchange, you get a new carbonating cylinder in exchange for your empty one. The €12 deposit fee will be refunded once we receive your empties.

Sparkle note: If you have not received your refund within 5 working days of us receiving your return, please contact us so we can look into it for you. Make sure to include a copy of your label receipt as proof of return.
